I had arranged "when you can do it." The materials arrived early, and we had had a lot of rain. In a couple of days the weather was great and the work was done. A roofing job is no fun, and it's messy, but the cleanup was thorough. Due to surgery, I haven't been on the roof yet, but pictures were provided, and it looks great. Happy to have it done.

We were in need of a new roof. Seen the Erie sale rep. on Friday before Holiday. They got the roof completed on Wednesday. They were very professional and roof looks great. Repaired the damaged wood and painted vents to match.

Erie co. Did an excellent job with a very challenging roof/house configuration. Lots of tall trees surrounding the roof and a deck awning. They completely removed the old roof, replaced bad sheathing and installed a high quality water and weather proof under layment and high quality fiberglass shingles. This was all completed in two days with a very large hard working team

I am very happy with my new roof by Erie! The crew showed up promptly at 730am and were done by 3p! It's a great looking roof, done with quality materials and done quickly. Every trace of roofing materials were cleaned up from the yard and the dumpster was taken away 2 days later. Definitely worth the price for the quality of the materials and workmanship!

Heather and Taylor really knew the product and gave a very detailed explanation of the installation process and the performance of the product. They identified a ventilation problem with our attic which is causing the roof to fail. Very pleased overall.

They were on time, they work with you every step of the way, they are fast and do a great job and clean up after and call you to make sure you are satisfied.

Everyone from Erie Home were very professional. There is a language barrier in that the installers do not speak fluent English. There should be an English speaking supervisor available. They removed my old roof and installed the new IKO Dynasty shingles all in one day. They cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. Another worker checked both the roof and the area again before having me sign a completion form. The 4 Star is due to the cost of the entire job; but the work will be done to your satisfaction I'm sure. I would definitely recommend them for the job

Had to reach out multiple times to get scheduled, scheduler did not set expectation they'd be showing up in early morning. Installation crew was professional and did a great job.
