As my wife and I began the process of finding a roofing company to replace our existing roof we found an advertisement for Erie in our mailbox. We called the company and setup a meeting to discuss the process of replacing our 23 year old roof. The representatives that came to our home were very professional and knowledgeable about the needs for our home so we felt very comfortable in having them complete our roofing needs. My wife and I are extremely impressed with the quality of the work done as well as the steps of the process and the crew that did the work. Our sales rep informed us we would see him again after we purchased the expensive roof. He stated, "I will be there the morning the job starts." We never seen him or received a call from him checking on the finished product. We are happy with the roof however we are middle class Americans, and it was not a cheap investment and I feel there should have been more interaction, The rep was on point selling the roof and could have continued that energy through the completion of the project

Erie Home Installation Team showed up on-time and were very friendly. They worked diligently throughout the day and fixed any damage found. When faced with the fact of running out of materials, they attempted to find replenishment. Since some materials could not be delivered until the following Monday, they covered up the unfinished areas to protect against the elements. They came back and finished the job as promised. Great quality installation safely completed!

They came to my house at 8 AM. They tore off by noon started putting things back together did not leave till 10:45 at night. Did not appreciate them being here that late was told they would be done by 8 o’clock when they had to come back the next day fix things they couldn’t do in the dark and clean up more.
