Everyone from Erie Home were very professional. There is a language barrier in that the installers do not speak fluent English. There should be an English speaking supervisor available. They removed my old roof and installed the new IKO Dynasty shingles all in one day. They cleaned up the area to my satisfaction. Another worker checked both the roof and the area again before having me sign a completion form. The 4 Star is due to the cost of the entire job; but the work will be done to your satisfaction I'm sure. I would definitely recommend them for the job

The crew that replaced our roof were very diligent and hard workers. They did a good job, except for getting all the nails around our home. That is really the only complaint I have. It was great that they got all the work completed in one day, as well.

Markus was great, very thorough and was easily available to contact. Installation was fast and cleanup was thorough, the entire roof removal and new roof installed in about 5-6 hours! The roof looks amazing! Only issue was the rebate check agreed upon took way longer to be issued than discussed but was eventually received.
