We love our roof! It is beautiful. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating. The crew worked very hard and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. We have 2 dogs so debris being left behind in the backyard is always a concern. We found very little that was left behind. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Erie Home

The whole crew was completely professional. The job was finished in one day and the clean up very thorough. The roof looks great and comes with a warranty that frees me from worry.

Sales guys were very informative and friendly. Installation team showed up around 6:30 am. The old roof was stripped, new one installed, and everything was cleaned up by noon. There some damage to the aluminum post cover on our bay window which we were promised would be replaced.

The crew was very timely and our roof was completed quickly, even with a thunderstorm causing progress to halt temporarily. Our only issue was clean-up. There were some old shingles found in several places throughout our yard and even in our windows boxes. We are happy with our roof overall.

Our overall experience was great! The crew showed up a day early and completed the job that same day. Shawn, the owner of the roofing company came out to make sure that the project was started off correctly and that he had the correct information about the roofing vent placements that we asked to be added. Carl, Erie Home rep in Tallahassee, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He promptly took care of all our requests and answered all of our questions

Great workers, great product, and quick installation and clean up. We were hoping for a little better communication from everyone so that we would know when, how, and what to expect from this installation. We felt the cost of this roof installation would, at the very least, warrant clear and timely communication from Erie Home, Inc.
