We called Erie for an estimate on a vapor barrier. We just bought our home and we had a mold issue and mildew smell throughout the house. The informed us they could clean all the mold, encapsulate our crawl and install a ventilation system as a remedy. It was definitely not an expense we were prepared for but luckily they offer financing. The couple of teams who came to install were great; very personable and considerate of not tearing up our yard! The actual setting up of the install was a pain though. Trying to get ahold of the office administrator and install manager was the biggest pain and why I’m only giving 4 stars. All in all, our crawl space looks really nice now!

Great experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. The job, waterproofing my over 100 year old basement, was done on time and as described. Every person in the company has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful and eager to answer questions. I'm pleased to have heard from several workers, "You're now part of the Erie family..." It really does feel like that.

Started off great, some loose ends have been exposed over time, things like missing PVC cement at some important connections and tape peeling.

I had an appointment to get my estimate and inspection. Antonio was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and was up front and honest about what I needed and the overall condition of my crawl space.

The water proofing was started quickly. The guys that did the installation were courteous, friendly and did a great job. With the recent wet weather, the crawl space has remained dry. This has definitely added value to our home

Hi folks. I’ve been in my home for 37 years. I’m sitting on a very high water table. That leads to many water issues in the basement over the years. Many gallons of sealer and white paint were only leading to the correct repair. I got several I got several estimates and Erie earned the job. I have new sump pumps and a new system all the way around the basement that brings the water to my pump. They also installed a new electric air handler all of which have totally dried out my basement.

The men who presented the Erie Basement system were knowledgeable and answered my questions very well. When the crew came to dig the trenches, lay tile pipes, and install the air quality unit they were polite and got the job done in a timely manner. There were a few things that weren’t included in the work order that were presented at the time of signing the contract such as using mold treatment solution before installing wall coverings. I called the company and was told that the silver backing on the wall coverings would take care of any mold. The concrete they use tends to shrink when it dries, but a crew came back twice to fix it and level my basement stairs. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness to my concerns. Everyone was very prompt and considerate.

I have had a good experience from start to finish. The salesmen to the installers were completely professional. Every step on the way I was informed of what they were doing and what the next step would be. When I first seen the basement floor broke up I thought oh my this will never be clean. But it was no mess was left in the basement or outside the house. The workers were all there to answer any questions and explain what was going on. I’m very please with how my basement looks. Only concerns I have is the back up battery for the stump pump on top on the pump. I wish I had a booklet for the pump and the air system so I could read about them and know how they run. I wouldn’t hesitate in giving them four stars.

Very Satisfied to of had the chance to chat and work with Paul and Shane. They are both very humble, sweet and make you feel like family. Both gentlemen were very patient with my husband and I while trying to come to a decision. They were both very detail oriented and determined and honest which are huge qualities when making big decisions like this. If you ever get the chance to work with this company, request these two men in particular for sure. We had a very nice time with them and couldn't thank them enough for all their time and patience.
