Traditional Asphalt Roofs

Your Erie Home fiberglass asphalt roof comes with a 30 year limited lifetime warranty that protects your home now and into the future. We guarantee your asphalt roof is protected against any manufacturing or installation defects that results in water penetration.

Premium Protection Period

For the first ten (10) years, Erie will repair or replace any product it determines has a manufacturing defect that results in water penetration at no charge to you for product material and labor.

Beyond Premium Protection Period

For the next twenty (20) years, for a total for 30 years, Erie Home will repair or replace the failing product. We’ll provide new product materials at no charge to you – and you only pay the labor to fix it.

Metal Roofing Systems

Prevent expensive roof repair for the next 50 years by investing in an Erie Home metal roof. Our metal roofing systems are all backed by our 50-year, limited lifetime transferable warranty, which guarantees your metal roof is protected against any manufacturing or installation defects including discoloration, rust, high winds and hail. Erie Home metal roofs increase the value of your home, so if you choose to sell, this warranty automatically transfers to the new owner.

25-Year Warranty Protection

Basement Waterproofing Services

Keep your home free from mold by safeguarding with a waterproof basement. Erie Home basement solutions come with a 25-year limited lifetime warranty, so you can rest assured knowing your home is protected for years to come. After the first year, we’ll come take a look if there’s any problems – you only pay the labor it takes to fix it.

Advantage Windows

Vinyl Windows

Vinyl windows offered by Erie Home are warranted against defects in materials and installation, for as long as you own or reside in the house which these products were installed. The welded corners of the PVC frames and sashes will never separate. The extrusions will not chip, blister, delaminate, peel, fade, or crack. These frames and sashes have a lifetime limited warranty.

Insulated Glass

Our insulated glass lifetime limited warranty protects against obstruction of vision as a result of premature failure of the hermetic seas between the interior glass surfaces. Small marks, scratched, and spots, which do not exceed our company standards, do not make insulating glass units defective. The insulated glass is warranted against defects for as long as you own or reside in the house which these products were installed.

Color Coatings

Color Coatings are guaranteed under normal conditions under a ten (10) year warranty against weathering, specifically, but not limited to, “peeling or blistering and significant ultraviolet discoloration” caused by natural environmental atmospheric conditions. The warranty is void if the damage is caused by an external factor (ex. Stucco leach, acidic washed, tack tapes, blowing sand, etc.)

Glass Breakage

This five-year limited warranty covers accidental glass breakage not covered by your homeowner’s insurance policy deductible. It must be from normal reasonable home usage and does not apply to acts of God, special order art glass, grooved, tempered, internal mini-blinds and obscure glass.
